Please note that you may select only one concurrent session per time slot. Select one of five sessions for the breakout sessions. The divisional break out sessions on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning are for attendees to attend for their particular division. For Trilogy Partners, a Breckenridge-based design/build firm, the constructible model is embodied by a master SketchUp model that embodies all of the graphical and practical information required to complete a project. The process Trilogy uses to administer this model is called Project Management Modeling (PMM). Founder and CEO will walk through his team’s process in this session, exploring the challenges and benefits of his team’s PMM method.
